1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of May 10, 2021 and minutes of
      special board meeting of May 26, 2021.

3. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'21); payroll, general fund (70769-71203), coop
      fund (none), child nutrition fund (90073-90080); claims, general fund
      (975-1045), coop fund (none), building fund (39-43), child nutrition fund
      (58-70).

4. Vote to approve warrants (FY'21); payroll, general fund (3720-4030), coop fund
      (none), child nutrition fund (587-635); claims, general fund (4031, 4032-4123), coop
      fund (none), building fund (37-38), child nutrition fund (636-653).

5. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

6. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest
      designations.

7. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

9. Consider and vote to approve or not to approve a school insurance bid for the 2021-2022
     school year (property, liability, vehicle, etc.).

10. Consider and vote to approve or not to approve a worker's compensation insurance bid for
      the 2021-2022 school year.

11. Board to consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of the Sublease
      Agreement dated December 1, 2016 between the District and Pottawatomie County
      Facilities Authority for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2022 as required under the
      provisions of the agreement.

12. Consider and vote to approve an update of the Administrator's Salary Index for the
      2021-2022 school year.

13. Consider and vote to approve the Open/Regular transfers for the 2021-2022 school year.

14. Consider and vote to hire an approved school auditor for the District for the 2020-2021
      school year audit.

15. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the 95 Percent Group for the use of their
      reading program as a part of our reading instruction at Tecumseh Early Childhood
      Center, Barnard Elementary and Cross Timbers Elementary for the 2021-2022 school
      year.

16. Consider and vote to approve a contract with Municipal Accounting Services Inc. to provide
      student information software for the 2021-2022 school year.

17. Consider and vote to approve a contract with ADPC to provide accounting software and
      services for the 2021-2022 school year.

18. Consider and vote to join the Oklahoma State School Boards Association for the 2021-2022
      school year.

19. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the Oklahoma School Board Association
      (OSSBA) for membership in the OSSBA Employment Services for the 2021-2022
      school year.

20. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the Oklahoma School Boards Association
      to provide Board Policy Services for the 2021-2022 school year.

21. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the Center for Education Law for the
      2021-2022 school year.

22. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the Center for Communication and
      Engagement for the 2021-2022 school year.

23. Consider and vote to approve a contract with the Department of Human Services to provide
      a school based social worker for the 2021-2022 school year.

24. Consider and vote to approve a school photography contract with Central Oklahoma School
      Pictures for the 2021-2022 school year.

25. Consider and vote to declare items as surplus.  Items include desks, tables, chairs and
      related building/classroom items, technology items, textbooks and related teaching
      materials.  These items are outdated, broken or no longer used by the district.  Items
      declared as surplus are to be sold or discarded as deemed appropriate by the
      Superintendent.

26. Consider and vote to approve Inspections Plus to provide the annual inspection for all district
      fire alarm systems for the 2021-2022 school year.

27. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Precision Testing Laboratories, Inc. to
       provide a 3-Year AHERA Inspection of the asbestos-containing material in the district.

28. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:

          Dr. Pam Robinson - College Station - College, Career and STEAM Center (Krouch)
          Cody Swinson - 5th Grade Teacher - Cross Timbers Elementary
          Grace Treadway - 4th Grade Teacher - Cross Timbers Elementary  

29. Board vote to convene in executive session or to remain in open session.

30. Board to acknowledge the return to open session and to request the minutes clerk to record
      executive session minutes.
