4. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY'21); payroll, general fund (70750-70755), coop fund (NONE), child nutrition fund (NONE); claims, general fund (836-921), coop fund (28-29), building fund (NONE), child nutrition fund (53) and sinking fund (2).

5. Vote to approve warrants (FY'21); payroll, general fund (2921-3228), coop fund (380-426), child nutrition fund (469-517); claims, general fund (3229-3330), coop fund (427-437), building fund (34), child nutrition fund (518-527) and sinking fund (2).

10. Consider and vote to approve a lease purchase agreement for buses from Summit Bus with funding through Empire Financial. The lease purchase of the buses would be funded through the use of the district's One Half Cent sales tax allocation administered through the Pottawatomie County Commissioners and the Pottawatomie County Clerk's office.

11. Consider and vote to approve continued participation in Secondary Career and Technology Education Programs with the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education for the 2021-2022 school year.
|
12. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with the East Central Online Consortium to provide online courses for the students of Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2021-2022 school year.

13. Consider and vote to approve an out of state trip request for the Middle School Junior Beta Club to attend the National Beta Convention in Orlando, Florida. Mrs. Colette McClure, Middle School Beta Club Sponsor, will attend as the Oklahoma State Beta Club Sponsor.

14. Consider and vote to approve the purchase of a Band trailer. The purchase will be through the use of the district's One Half Cent sales tax allocation administered through the Pottawatomie County Commissioners and the Pottawatomie County Clerk's office.
