1. Call to order and roll call of members.

2. Vote to approve minutes of previous regular board meeting of July 13, 2020 and minutes of special board meeting of July 21, 2020.

3. Vote to approve warrants (FY' 20); payroll, general fund (4859-4899), coop fund (NONE), child nutrition fund (843-862); claims, general fund (4900, 4901-4903), coop fund (NONE), child nutrition fund (NONE), building fund (NONE). 

4. Vote to approve encumbrances (FY' 21); payroll, general fund (70058-70350), coop fund (80001-80010), child nutrition fund (90001-90030); claims, general fund (90-292), coop fund (19-23), building fund (1-6) and child nutrition fund (7-30).

5. Vote to approve warrants (FY'21); payroll, general fund (34-101), coop fund (NONE), child nutrition fund (6-12); claims, general fund (102-187), coop fund (1-4), building fund (1-4) and child nutrition fund (13-22).

6. Vote to approve activity fund reports.

7. Vote to approve activity fund sub-accounts, transfers, expenditure requests, and/or interest designations.

8. Vote to approve activity fundraisers.

9. Public Comment (As outlined in Board Policy 2004).

10. Consider and vote to approve a revision of the 2020-2021 school year calendar.

11. Discussion and possible vote to approve changes to the Return to Learn plan for reopening.

12. Consider and vote to approve a Distance Learning Plan for the 2020-2021 school year.

13. Discussion regarding an update of the building projects for the district.

14. Consider and vote to approve board policy updates or additions:
     a. 6049 - Attendance Policy (Regulation)
     b. 6050 - School District Screening Protocol

15. Consider and vote to approve a contract for Career and Technology Education Tech Programs for Tecumseh High School for the 2020-2021 school year.  These programs include Agriculture Education , Business and Information Technology Education and Family and Consumer Sciences.

16. Consider and vote to set meal prices for the 2020-2021 school year.  The changes are requested in order to meet the required guidelines through the United States Department of Agriculture and the school lunch program.  Price recommendations are as follows:

17. Consider and vote to approve the Board Authorized Voting Representative for the Oklahoma School Assurance Group (OSAG).

18. Consider and vote to approve an agreement with Apptegy to provide website, mobile applications and an alert system for Tecumseh Public Schools for the 2020-2021 school year.

19. Consider and vote to approve receiving agents for the District for the 2020-2021 school year.

20. Discussion regarding school personnel including possible executive session:
     A. Consider accepting personnel resignation requests:
          Misti Benson - Paraprofessional - Early Childhood Center
          Alicia Warner - Paraprofessional - Early Childhood Center
     B. Consider hiring personnel for the 2020-2021 school year (temporary contract):
          Elizabeth Ausdenmoore - Special Education - Early Childhood Center
          Pamela Tiger - Elementary - Cross Timbers Elementary
     C. Consider hiring adjunct teachers for the 2020-2021 school year:
          Victor Cope - Multi-Cultural Education - Middle School
          Billy Crow - Electronics and Communication - High School
        

21. Board vote to convene in executive session or to remain in open session.

22. Board to acknowledge the return to open session and to request the minutes clerk to record executive session minutes.

23. Vote to accept personnel resignation requests:  Misti Benson, Alicia Warner

24. Vote to hire personnel for the 2020-2021 school year (temporary contract):  Elizabeth Ausdenmoore, Pamela Tiger

25. Vote to hire adjunct teachers for the 2020-2021 school year (temporary contract):  Victor Cope, Billy Crow.
