5. PROPOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION: TO DISCUSS THE EVALUATION OF THE POSITION OF SCHOOL SUPERINTENDENT, AND TO DISCUSS THE EMPLOYMENT OF THOSE CERTIFIED AND/OR NON-CERTIFIED PERSONNEL LISTED IN AGENDA ITEMS 5, PURSUANT TO 25 O.S. SEC. 307 (B) (1) (7), AND TO DISCUSS NEGOTIATIONS CONCERNING EMPLOYEES AND REPRESENTATIVES OF EMPLOYEE GROUPS PURSUANT TO 25 O.S. SEC. 307 (B) (2)

6. CONSENT AGENDA
All of the following items, which concern reports and items of a routine nature normally approved at board meetings, will be approved by one vote unless any board member desires to have a separate vote on any or all of these items. The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration, and approval of the following items:

6.A. Minutes of the June 10, 2025 & June 24, 2025 Regular Board Meetings, and the July 24, 2025 Special Board Meeting.

6.F.1. The Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education Contract Agreements with Seminole Public Schools for CTE Programs for SY2025-26.

6.F.2. Pre-Employment Transition Services Agreement with the University of Oklahoma by and through University Outreach Training

6.F.4. Generator Maintenance Agreement with Clifford-Power.

7. BOARD TO CONSIDER, DISCUSS AND TAKE NECESSARY ACTIONS REGARDING THE FOLLOWING ACTION ITEMS:
 

7.A. Closing of the Patterson Scholarship Endowment Fund (50) a Certificate of Deposit # 1210013806 at Banc First Seminole, consolidating the remaining funds with the district’s Gift Fund (81).
 

7.B. Agreement to purchase software that will provide digitize floor-plans in regards to safety/ security, emergency exits and egress, etc. with GeoCom.

7.C. An agreement with the Frantz Law Group, APLC for participation in a class-action litigation against Power School.
 

7.D. Adding “Parent-Square” as an approved student communication platform; replacing “Rooms/ Thrillshare.”
 

8. ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS:  Superintendent’s SY2024-25 Closeout Report & Forecasts for SY2025-26.
