Personnel: Discuss a certified teacher, as authorized by Title 25, Oklahoma Statutes, Section 307 (B)(1) and B(7), where disclosure of information would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law with no resulting vote to be made by the board.

6. Presentation of Superintendent's Recommendation for the dismissal of Ann Grider; vote to schedule a meeting, time and place; and to direct that a copy of the Superintendent's Recommendation, along with a notice of due process rights, be mailed and/or hand-delivered to Ms. Grider.
