6. VOTE TO APPROVE THE SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN PAWHUSKA PUBLIC SCHOOLS AND OKLAHOMA PUBLIC SCHOOLS UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION TRUST ACCOUNT AND OKLAHOMA STATE SCHOOL BOARDS ASSOCIATION("OPSUCA")

14. DISCUSS AND VOTE TO APPROVE OR NOT APPROVE SECTION 125 FLEXIBLE BENEFIT PLAN FOR 2014-2015 IN THE AMOUNT OF $2000.00 PER CONTRACT PERIOD FOR ALL EMPLOYEE'S WORKING 17.5 HOURS OR MORE PER WEEK
Rationale:  CONSISTING OF A CHOICE OF HOSPITAL, AND SURGICAL INSURANCE, GROUP LIFE INSURANCE, CANCER INSURANCE, VISION INSURANCE, MEDICAL, AND/OR CHILD CARE REIMBURSEMENT, SECTION 79 TERM INSURANCE, INDEMNITY INSURANCE, AND/OR CASH, TO BE ADMINISTERED BY AMERICAN FIDELITY ASSURANCE COMPANY:
15. DISCUSS AND VOTE TO APPROVE DISTRICT'S PAYING EMPLOYERS'S CONTRIBUTION TO THE TEACHER RETIREMENT SYSTEM AT 9.5% OF PAYROLL FOR THE 2014-2015 SCHOOL YEAR.
