Discussion and possible action on the closing of bank account ending in 1028 and transferring the balance to bank account ending in 1052.

Discussion and possible action on School Board meeting dates for 2027.

Discussion and vote to convene into executive session to discuss the appointment of an individual and/or interview candidates for vacant board seat #3. 25 O.S. § 307(B)(1) and 70 O.S. § 5-118.

Acknowledge return to open session and that no other items were discussed in executive session other than those outlined in the motion to convene.

Discussion and possible board action appointing an individual to vacant school board seat #3.

Administer Oath of Office and Loyalty Oath to new board member appointed to seat #3.
