Discussion and possible action on opening a new general fund bank account with F&M Bank and transferring the balance of the old bank account, with Community National Bank, to the new account, due to F&M Bank taking new ownership of Community National Bank.

Discussion and possible action on renewing a contract with Shannan Frohock, Special Education Deaf/Hard of Hearing Consultant, for special education student needs for FY 2025-2026.

Discussion and possible action on Light Your World Church using an Okarche school bus to transport members to and from a youth camp in Sparks, Oklahoma on May 27th-30th.

Discussion and possible action on the 2026-2027 school calendar and that the calendar will not be less than 1086 hours.

Discussion and possible vote to convene in executive session to have confidential communications with the Board's attorney about a pending claim or matter, upon the advice of the Board's attorney that disclosure of the communications will seriously impair the ability of the Board to process the claim or matter, in the public interest, and to discuss the rehiring of Chris Roby as elementary principal and G.W. Parham as junior high/high school principal for the 2026-2027 school year. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)(4).

Acknowledge return to open session and that no other items were discussed in executive session other than those outlined in the motion to convene.
