Discussion and possible action on approving an AirMedCare Network (Air Evac) membership as a benefit to Okarche Public Schools employees.

Discussion and update on the status of an agreement for a School Resource Officer for the 2024-2025 school year, and any other additional future school safety and security matters.

Discussion and possible action on approving the student handbook for the 2024-2025 school year.

Discussion and possible action on fundraiser requests for the 2024-2025 school year.

Consideration and action on authorization to pay the FY25 allocation of statewide alternative education academy program funds to the local education agency (LEA), Kingfisher Public Schools, for the cooperative.

Discussion and possible action on approving a contract with Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education for secondary career and technology education programs of AG Education, Family and Consumer Sciences, and Science Technology Engineering and Math for the 2024-2025 school year.

Discussion and vote to convene into executive session to discuss any resignations, appointing current employee and Junior High Science Teacher, Kimberly Givens, to teach Forensic Science to High School students as an Adjunct Teacher, current employee, Jaci Geheb, to teach Music to elementary students as an Adjunct Teacher, current employee, Sherri Stewart, to teach 1st Grade as an Adjunct Teacher, the hiring of a special education paraprofessional/teacher's aide as support personnel, the hiring of an elementary teacher as certified personnel, all for the 2024-2025 school year, and an amendment to the extra duty assignments and pay schedule for FY 2024-2025. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).

Acknowledge return to open session and that no other items were discussed in executive session other than those outlined in the motion to convene.
