Board to consider and take action on a resolution determining the maturities of, and setting a date, time and place for the sale of the $3,250,000 General Obligation Building Bonds of the School District.

Discussion and possible action on School Board meeting dates for 2024.

Discussion and possible action to amend and update the 2023-2024 school calendar.

Discussion and possible action to approve the procedure of accepting online credit card payments through our student information system, Sylogist and their provider Blue Parasol Group, LLC/Paragon Payment Solutions, for lunch bill payments and other appropriate items.

Discussion and possible action to approve the superintendent to submit a grant application to the Oklahoma Opioid Abatement Board on behalf of Okarche Public Schools.

Discussion and vote to convene into executive session to discuss the hiring of a high school science teacher for the second semester of the 2023-2024 school year. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).

Acknowledge return to open session and that no other items were discussed in executive session other than those outlined in the motion to convene.
