Activity Fund report

Activity Account transfer of funds
Transfer $80 from Boys Basketball (803) to Girls Basketball (845)
Transfer $4000 from Three Rivers Conference (Mock Trial 853) to Athletics (805) 
Open an activity account for FFA Shooting Sports (802) and transfer $11,893.47 to that account from the current existing FFA activity account.
Open an activity account for Elementary Lego League (846) and transfer $1000 to that account from the current existing Lego League activity account and rename it High School Lego League.

Discussion and possible action on approving current junior high English Teacher, Lynda Riedlinger, to teach English I to 9th grade students as an adjunct teacher for the 2022-2023 school year.

Discussion and possible action on reviewing and updating the district's bullying policy.

Discussion and possible action on the purchase and installation of an additional shade structure, benches and ground material on the elementary playground. 

Discussion and vote to convene into executive session to discuss the employment of an elementary principal and junior high/high school principal for the 2023-2024 school year. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).

Acknowledge return to open session and that no other items were discussed in executive session other than those outlined in the motion to convene.

Discussion and possible action on the employment of Chris Roby as elementary principal for FY 2023-2024.

Discussion and possible action on the employment of G.W. Parham as junior high/high school principal for FY 2023-2024.

Discussion and possible action to approve or disapprove the 2023-2024 school calendar and that the calendar will not be less than 1080 hours.
