Activity Account transfer of funds:

Transfer $3,020 from 845 Girls Athletics to 815 Softball and to rename Girls Athletics to Girls Basketball.

Project 841 "Class of 2021" will be renamed "Class of 2028"
$3217.33 from Project 841 "Class of 2028" will be moved to Project 804 "HS Misc", leaving $500 start up money for the incoming 7th grade class.

 

Update, discussion and possible action on the band room and baseball/softball field construction projects.

Discussion and vote to convene into executive session to discuss any resignations, the hiring of certified personnel for FY 2022-2023, the hiring of support personnel for FY 2022-2023, the hiring of Summer employees for Summer 2022, the employment of an Elementary Teacher/Assistant Baseball Coach, an Elementary Reading Interventionist, a High School/Junior High Counselor, an Agricultural Education Teacher/FFA Advisor, and an elementary paraprofessional/teacher's aide, all for the 2022-2023 school year. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).

Acknowledge return to open session and that no other items were discussed in executive session other than those outlined in the motion to convene.
