Activity Account transfer of funds. Transfer of $180.00 from Class of 2022 (838) to Class of 2023 (843).

Discussion and vote to convene into executive session to discuss the appointment of an individual and/or interview candidates for vacant school board seat #3 and the evaluation and contract of Superintendent. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1) and 70 O.S. Section 5-118.

Acknowledge return to open session and that no other items were discussed in executive session other than those outlined in the motion to convene.

Discussion and possible action appointing individual to vacant school board seat #3.

Discussion and possible action to amend the contract of Josh Sumrall, Superintendent of Okarche Public Schools.
