Discussion and vote to convene into executive session to discuss the evaluation and contract of Superintendent and the hiring of a teacher's aide/paraprofessional and federal programs Title I aide/paraprofessional. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).

Acknowledge return to open session and that no other items were discussed in executive session other than those outlined in the motion to convene.

Discussion and possible action to approve the contract of Josh Sumrall as superintendent of Okarche Public Schools for FY 2021-2022.
