Update and discussion on construction project

Consideration and action for Okarche Public Schools to join the Oklahoma Public School Investment Interlocal, and authorize the district treasurer to invest and withdraw available school funds in either the Interlocal's Liquid Asset Pool or Fixed income Investment Program, or both.

Proposed executive session to discuss the employment of those employees listed on attached Exhibit A. 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).

Acknowledge return to open session and that no other items were discussed in executive session other than those outlined in the motion to convene.

Consideration and action to approve the contract of Robert Friesen as Superintendent of Okarche Public Schools.
