Consideration and action on a school board resolution to Prosperity Bank to update the authorized superintendent as Josh Sumrall and his designee, Tasha Reherman, Accounts Payable, for the School Advantage Purchasing Card Program to complete paperwork to implement and administer the program.

Consideration and action on authorization to pay the FY21 allocation of statewide alternative education academy program funds to the local education agency (LEA), Kingfisher Public Schools, for the cooperative.
