Discussion and possible action to implement a Re-Entry Plan for FY 2020-2021 as submitted, or with modifications, and to authorize the Superintendent to make modifications as may be necessary from time to time provided that any material modifications shall be reviewed by the Board of Education at its next meeting.

Discussion and vote to convene into executive session to discuss, pursuant to 25 Oklahoma Statutes Section 307 (B)(1), the acceptance of resignations, the hiring of two elementary teachers, an elementary music teacher, a junior high/high school band teacher, a junior high/high school math teacher, the assignment of extra duties, and any personnel contracts, all for FY 2020-2021, so that the Board can return to open session and vote on the items, which are described in the items below.

Discussion and possible action to approve the school calendar calculation to not less than 1080 hours for the 2020-2021 school year and to notify the Oklahoma State Department of Education of Okarche Public Schools using hours instead of days in its calculation.

Discussion and possible action to approve or disapprove a contract with Oklahoma Department of Career & Technology Education for secondary career and technology education programs for the 2020-2021 school year.

Discussion and possible action on a contract with Turf Warriors for weed control for FY21.
