H.4.a. Approval for the Mustang High School's Boys Soccer Team to participate in the soccer tournament in Bentonville, Arkansas on March 5-7, 2020.  Expenses will be paid for by the soccer booster club, Goal Club.

H.4.b. Approval for the Mustang High School's soccer coach, Lindsay Riggs, to attend the United Soccer Coaches Convention on January 15-19, 2020 in Baltimore, Maryland.  Expenses will be paid for by Goal Club and Athletics.

H.4.e. Approval for seven (7) MHS vocal students and two (2) sponsors to participate in the Oklahoma Choral Directors Association All-State Chorus rehearsals and concert in Oklahoma City on January 10-12, 2020.  Expenses will be paid by MHS Activity Account #818 and district.

H.4.f. Approval for five (5) Horizon Intermediate vocal music students, five (5) parents and one (1) sponsor to participate in the Oklahoma Music Educators Association Children's All-State Chorus rehearsals and concert in Tulsa, OK on January 15-17, 2020.  Expenses will be paid by the Horizon Vocal Music Activity Account #983 and district.

H.4.g. Approval for one (1) Meadow Brook Intermediate vocal music student, and one (1) sponsor to participate in the Oklahoma Music Educators Association Children's All-State Chorus rehearsals and concert in Tulsa, OK on January 15-17, 2020.  Expenses will be paid by the Meadow Brook Vocal Music Activity Account #880.

H.4.h. Approval for Hanna Crandell, Meadow Brook Intermediate Vocal Music Teacher, to attend the OkMEA conference on January 15-17, 2020 in Tulsa, OK.  Expenses will be paid for by Meadow Brook Vocal Music Activity Account #880.

Approval for five (5) Mustang North Middle School vocal students and one (1) sponsor to participate in the Oklahoma Choral Directors Association Junior High All-State Honor Choir rehearsals and concert on January 9-11, 2020 in Oklahoma City.  Expenses will be paid by MNMS Activity Accounts #847, #853 and district.

H.4.j. Approval for Mustang North Middle School vocal music teacher Becky Horton, to attend the Oklahoma Music Educators Association In-Service Conference in Tulsa, Ok on January 15-18, 2020.  Expenses will be paid by MNMS Activity Accounts #853 and #847.

H.4.k. Approval for four (4) Canyon Ridge Intermediate vocal students, three (3) parents, and one (1) sponsor to participate in the Oklahoma Music Educators Association Children's All-State Chorus rehearsals and concert on January 15-17, 2020 in Tulsa, OK.  Expenses will be paid by CRI Vocal Music Activity Account #912 and district.

H.4.l. Approval for eight (8) Mustang Central Middle School vocal students and one (1) sponsor to participate in the Oklahoma Choral Directors Association Junior High All-State Honor Choir rehearsals and concert on January 9-11, 2020 in Oklahoma City.  Expenses will be paid by MCMS Activity Accounts #968 and #883.

Approval for five (5) Mustang Central Middle School vocal music student and one (1) sponsor to participate in the Oklahoma Music Educators Association All-State Chorus rehearsals and concert in Tulsa, OK on January 15-17, 2020.  Expenses will be paid by the MCMS Activity Accounts #968 and #883.

Approval for seven (7) Mustang Middle School vocal students and one (1) sponsor to participate in the Oklahoma Choral Directors Association Junior High All-State Honor Choir rehearsals and concert on January 9-11, 2020 in Oklahoma City.  Expenses will be paid by MMS Activity Accounts #839 and #833.

H.4.o. Approval for fourteen (14) MHS band students and four (4) sponsors to participate in the Oklahoma Music Educators Association Convention in Tulsa, OK  from January 15-18, 2020.  Expenses will be  paid for by Activity Account #804.

H.4.p. Approval for Chris Tobler and Ryan McKinney to attend the PreK-12th grade Title IX training with ATIXA in Rock Hill, South Carolina from January 20-23, 2020.  Expenses will be paid by Activity Account #900.

H.4.q. Approval for Kaitlin Hensley, Kyle Farnham, Lauren Thacker, Mandi Freeman, Mariah Hudson, Chanae Jones, Rebecca Horton and Dana Larson to attend the WEB/LinkCrewTraining in Colorado Springs, OK on February 2-5, 2020.  Expenses will paid for from Title II funds and the Sites.

H.5. Renewal and Ratification of Agreements/Contracts for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.

H.5.a. Approval of the agreement with the University of Oklahoma, by and through the University Outreach/College of Continuing Education's National Center for Disability Education and Training.  This agreement requires no funding.

I. Business

I.1. Discussion and possible board approval on the following new courses for the 2020-2021 school year.

I.2. Discussion and possible board approval to recognize Mustang Education Support Professionals (MESP) as the official representative of all support employees in the bargaining class as required by Oklahoma law.

I.3. Discussion and possible board approval to approve the contract with Karpster LLC.  Karpster provides an app that will be used for communication with parents and students for the band program.  Expenses will be paid for by the band.
