K.4.a. Optimist Club of Mustang is requesting the use of Horizon Intermediate's gym and Canyon Ridge Intermediate's gym for games for the 2019-2020 basketball leagues.  They will need the gyms on Saturdays from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sundays from 12:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  This will provide basketball opportunities for boys and girls ages 6-14 living in the MPS District.  Optimist sponsor is Ray Meier.

K.4.b. Optimist Club of Mustang is requesting the use of Meadow Brook Intermediate, Trails, Centennial, Creek, Prairie View, Lakehoma, Mustang Elementary, and Valley's gymnasiums for practices for the 2019-2020 basketball leagues.  They will need the gyms every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Optimist Club of Mustang is requesting the use of Mustang Middle School and Mustang North Middle School's main gymnasiums for games for the 2019-2020 basketball leagues.  They will need the gyms on Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. beginning November 4, 2019.  This will be on an as needed basis only for overflow games due to the number of teams involved or rescheduling.

K.4.d. OK Swish Basketball is requesting the use of Meadow Brook Intermediate, Horizon Intermediate's auxiliary, Trails, Lakehoma, Centennial, Prairie View, Creek, Valley and Mustang Elementary's gymnasiums for practices during the 2019-2020 school year.  They will need the gym every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  This will provide basketball opportunities for girls and boys age 5-14 living in the MPS District.  OK Swish Basketball sponsor is Brian Fitzgerald.

K.4.e. OK Storm Volleyball Club is requesting the use of Mustang Middle School's gym and Horizon's main gym for their 2019-2020 volleyball practices.  They will need the gyms every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sundays from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.  This will provide volleyball training opportunities for girls ages 10-17 living in the MPS District.  OK Storm Volleyball Club sponsor is Heidi McDaniel.

K.4.f. OK Charge Volleyball Club is requesting the use of Mustang North Middle School's main and common's gym, Canyon Ridge's gym and Riverwood's gym for their 2019-2020 volleyball practices.  They will need the gyms every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.  This will provide volleyball training opportunities for girls ages 10-17 living in the MPS District.  OK Charge Volleyball Club sponsor is Steve Hajek.

K.4.g. The Mustang Church of Christ is requesting the use of Mustang Elementary's music room and gym for their 2019-2020 worship services.  They will need the facilities every Wednesday form 6:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and every Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

K.5. Out of State or Overnight Travel

K.5.a. Approval for Stacy Edwards to attend the Title IX Administrator Certification Course, September 10-14, 2019 in Indianapolis, IN.  Expenses will be paid by Title II funds.

K.5.b. Approval for Mustang Central Middle School Career Tech teachers, Brett Coffman and Jeremy Ford, to attend the PLTW training for Automation and Robotics on July 15-19, 2019 in Kansas City, MO. Expenses will be paid for by Career Tech #412 and Carl Perkins #421.

K.6. Renewal and Ratification of Agreements/Contracts for Fiscal Year 2019-2020.

K.6.a. Approval for the continuing contract with Speech Pathway, LLC to provide educational consultant services for students who present needs in the area of speech/language impairments.

K.6.b. Approval of the continuing agreement with Youth and Family Services for participation in the First Offenders Program (FOP). There is no cost to the district.

K.6.c. Approval for the continuing contract with Big Five Community Services, Inc. for the Head Start Program.  This contract requires no funding.

K.6.d. Approval of the service agreement with Unifirst for dust mop service for the custodial department.
