B. Discussion, consideration, and vote to enter into executive session, pursuant to OKLA. STAT., tit. 25, § 307(b)(4), for confidential discussions between the Board and its attorneys concerning the pending litigation of Chester "Chuck" L. Bailey, Jr. v. Independent School District No. 69 of Canadian County, Oklahoma, Case No. CIV- 16-1055-HE, United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma, the board having been advised by its attorneys that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the board to conduct the pending litigation in the public interest.

C. Acknowledge Return to Open Session

D. Statement of Executive Minutes by Board President.

E. Discussion, motion, and vote to approve or not to approve granting authority to Jeff Landrith, Board President to enter into a settlement agreement, consistent with the discussions occurring during the Executive Session, and the discretion to commit the District to pay an amount up to the plaintiff's prayer or up to the plaintiff's last demand, whichever is lower, at the mandated settlement conference to be held on November 2, 2018, in Chester "Chuck" L. Bailey, Jr. v. Independent School District No. 69 of Canadian County, Oklahoma, Case No. CIV-16-1055-HE, United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
