B. The Board will consider and may vote to approve the appointment to fill Vacant Board Seat #2.

C. Administration of the oath of office.

D. Reorganization of the board of education.
|
|
E. The Board will consider and may vote to approve the Resolution authorizing the sale of the District's
$15,360,000 General Obligation Combined Purpose Bonds, Series 2017, and setting forth the following
items:
a. Fixing the amount of bonds to mature each year
b. Fixing the time and place the bonds are to be sold
c. Authorizing the Clerk to give notice of said sale as required by law.

F. The Board will consider and may vote upon re-approving the selection of Mr. Terry Hawkins of Phillips
Murrah P.C. to act as legal/bond counsel in connection with the proposed bond issue.
