H.2.a. Donation of a Concept 2 Model D rowing exercise machine from Sheryl Griffin to MPS Athletics. Estimated value $1,200.00.

H.3.a. Transfer from MEC Faculty Account #938 to MMS Faculty Account #934 for reimbursement in the amount of $46.95.

H.3.b. Transfer from CRI Activity Account #902 to STUCO Activity Account #970 for dodgeball concession in the amount of $100.00.

H.5. Approval to hire certified and non-certified personnel for Extended School Year (ESY) to be held June 21st -July 14th, 2016. Final number of positions required will be dependent on the number of IEP’s requiring ESY.

PCO063-ASI 41 – Whirlpool fixture controls, fill valve - $1,876.05 b. PCO122 – Fire Marshal required additional emergency lighting - $1,509.48 c. PCO123 – Fire Marshal required installation of 7 monitoring modules for sprinkler piping - $2,188.49 d. PCO127 – Installation of GFCI receptacle due to receptacle being too close to water - $515.71
