G.11.b. CO #0020 - United Steel/SW Drywall - labor and material cost associated with removing the decking to allow the cold formed metal trusses to be re-framed in order for the roof line to plane in seamlessly - $11,792.00

G.12. Approval of the following change orders from Crossland Construction for the MHS Practice Field and Field House Expansion:

G.12.a. CO #18 - Baker Brothers - Material, labor and equipment for electrical changes for Overhead Coiling Doors per ASI#006, final connections for power to OHD - $188.40

G.12.b. CO #19 - Corona Drywall - Labor, material and equipment to frame out and install plywood, backing and blocking around existing columns that were demo'd - $787.85

G.12.c. CO #20 - Bishop Construction - Material, labor and equipment for concrete footings on the observation tower during submittal review - $6,379.00

G.12.d. CO #21 - Affordable Masonry - Credit because of double up of rigid insulation between mason and framer - Credit ($1,500.00)

H. Business

H.1. The board will consider and may vote to approve the Real Estate License Agreement with Westpoint Homes for the purpose of allowing Westpoint Homes for the sole purpose of moving dirt from Sara Park, across the premises of Canyon Ridge Intermediate.

H.2. The board will consider and may vote to approve the state-appropriated funding allocated for textbook funds to be used for district wide supplies and equipment for school sites and operations of facilities for the 2020-2021 school year.

H.3. The board will consider and may vote to approve on the sealed bid proposals for nine hundred (900) new laptop computers, docking stations and backpacks for all certified staff.

H.4. The board will consider and may vote to approve the contract from Mastery Connect by Instructure as a 2020-2021 Assessment Program for grades 7th thru 12th.

H.5. The board will consider and may vote to approve the revised 2020-2021 school calendar.

H.6. The board will consider and may vote to approve the Return To Learn - Academic Plan

H.7. The board will consider and may vote to approve the Return To Learn - Health and Safety Plan.
