H.2.a. Approval to accept the donation from Mustang United Methodist Church for 160 boxes of items totaling $8,000.00 to be utilized in an elementary classroom to assist in deescalating students within the classroom setting.

H.3.a. From Mustang High School DECA Activity Account #864 to Mustang High School Key Club Activity Account #828 in the amount of $1,500.00 for donation from fashion shop profits.

H.4. Use of Facilities

H.4.a. Approval for Mustang Youth Wrestling, Terry Smith, is requesting to use the Mustang High School's old wrestling room for their practices starting February 2020 on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 6:15 PM to 7:15 PM through February 2021.

H.4.b. Approval for EF Explore America, Brittany Caffey, is requesting to use the Meadowbrook Intermediate cafetorium from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM on March 24, 2020 for an organizational parent meeting.

H.5. Out of State or Overnight Travel

H.5.a. Mustang High School's Winter Guard and sponsors to attend the Winter Guard I World Championships in Dayton, OH from March 30, 2020 to April 5, 2020. Expenses will be paid by the MHS Band Boosters and MHS Band Activity Account #804.

H.5.b. Misty Eidson and Joy Miller to attend the Lexia Summit Conference in Austin, TX from April 2-3, 2020.  Expenses will be paid for by Title II Funds and Lexia.

H.5.c. Stacey Elliott, Bronco Club /Community Education Assistant, to attend the Social Media Conference in Tulsa, OK from March 26-27, 2020.  Expenses will be paid by the Bronco Club Activity Account #988.

H.5.d. Mustang High School baseball team and coaches to participate in the Tate Aggie Classic Baseball Tournament in Pensacola, Florida from March 14 - 20, 2020.  Expenses will be paid by the booster club, Diamond Club.

H.6. Renewal and Ratification of Agreements/Contracts for Fiscal Year 2020-2021.

H.6.a. The renewal of the 3rd year of a 5 year agreement with Onenet.  This agreement includes internet services for all school sites from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.

H.6.b. The renewal of the 3rd year of a 5 year agreement of the Wide Area Network (WAN) connection contract from COX business for the district from July 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021.

H.10.b. CO #9056 - SW Drywall - Add 3/4" Fire-treated exterior grade plywood sheathing sout of the balcony level - $6,050.00.

H.10.c. CO #9057 - OK Roofing - Cost to re-run the uplift calculations for 3/4" plywood - $1,500.00.

H.11. Approval of the following change orders from Crossland Construction on the MHS Commons and Addition:

H.11.a. CO # 009 - Waggoners Mechanical - Includes the material and labor to relocate the return grill - $465.61

H.11.b. CO #0010 - Oklahoma Ceilings - Change the ceiling in the commons area to be grid system in lieu of a hard lid which will now allow for easier access to the existing mechanical units above - $580.00

I. Business

I.1. The board will consider and may vote to approve the following construction bid on the Mustang High School practice field and field house expansion presented by Crossland Construction:

I.1.a. Bid #9A - Gypsum Board Assemblies & Ceiling Systems - $101,056.00

I.2. The board will consider and may vote to approve the Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Amendment on the Mustang High School Practice Field and Field House Expansion.

I.3. Board will consider and may vote to approve the following two (2) contracts with Lexia Learning System for the 2020-2021 school year:

I.3.a. Lexia Core5 Reading Unlimited License with Implementation Support Package for each of the eight (8) elementaries for one year. Training of the Core5 Reading Implementation Support Service Package for District Admin Team.

I.3.b. Lexia Core5 Reading/PowerUp Literacy Unlimited License with Implementation Support Package.

I.4. The board will consider and may vote to approve the following new positions and job descriptions:

I.4.c. Executive Director of Instructional Services

I.5. The board will consider and may vote to approve the agreement with Oklahoma Safety Council to conduct a driver's safety course for Community Education.

I.6. The board will consider and may vote to approve the 2019 Oklahoma Clean Diesel Grant.  The purpose of this agreement is to replace three (3) diesel vehicle with a vehicle powered by a 2019 model year or newer engine that operates on diesel or gasoline.

I.7. The board will consider and may vote to approve the Community Education Course Service Contract.
