8.B. Approve Agreement with the University of Oklahoma Athletics Department/Lloyd Noble Center for the 2025 Graduation Ceremony, for the Amount of $31,953.77

8.C. Approve Memorandum of Understanding with the University of Oklahoma Police Department to Provide MNTC Facilities for Basic Peace Officer Certification Training
