Presentation by Primary Principal, Ann Rutledge, and Elementary Principal, Dana McMillin, regarding site vision and progress.

Consider and take action on a Real Estate Donation Agreement providing for Marietta Public Schools to convey certain real estate consisting of approximately five acres commonly known as the Greenville School Campus to the Board of County Commissioners of Love County, Oklahoma, without consideration.

Consider and take action to accept any particular offer or reject all offers received for the purchase of surplus property commonly referred to as the Ag Farm and more particularly described as follows:
The East 335 feet of the W/2 of NW/4 of NW/4 of Section 21, Township 7 South, Range 2 East of the Indian Meridian and Baseline, said tract being further described by metes and bounds as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Section 21 which is 325 feet East of the NW Corner of said section, thence South and parallel to the West line of said section a distance of 1320 feet to a point in the South line of the NW/4 of NW/4 of said Section 21; thence East 335 feet to the SE Corner of the W/2 of NW/4 of NW/4 of said Section 21; thence North along the East line of said W/2 of NW/4of NW/4 a distance of 1320 feet to the NE Corner of said W/2 of NW/4 of NW/4; thence West along the North Line of said Section 21 a distance of 335 feet to the point of beginning, containing 10.15 acres, more or less, in Love County, Oklahoma. And All of that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 21, Township 7 South, Range 2 East, Indian Meridian and Baseline, Love County, Oklahoma, which lies to the northern right-of-way line of State Highway No. 32. |
