CONSENT DOCKET: All items listed are considered to be routine by the Marietta Board of Education and will be enacted by one motion. There will be no separate vote on these items unless a Board Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from consent status and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.

Renewal of contract with the Oklahoma Department of Rehabilitation Services to allow students to participate in the School to Work Program for FY24.

Renewal of contract with Tom Cameron and Associates (TCA) for federal program management services for FY24.
|
Renewal of Tri-County Special Education Cooperative participation agreement, authorization to pay funds and appointing the Superintendent to serve on the Tri-County Board of Directors for FY24.

Renewal of contract with Eduskills for English Learner (EL) Services for FY24.
|
Renew authorization to pay FY24 allocation of statewide alternative education academy program funds to Ardmore City Schools for alternative education services provided by Take Two Academy.

Consider and take action on Resolution declaring an emergency to replace the roof on the Primary school building that received storm damage.

Consider and take action on adding E-Sports to activities offered for students beginning in the 2023-24 school year.

Consider and take action on Resolution for Schools and Libraries Universal Services (E-Rate) for 2023-24. This resolution authorizes filing of the Form 471 applications(s) for funding year 2023-24 and the payment of the applicant's share upon approval of funding and receipt of services.

Consider and take action on resignations.

Proposed executive session to discuss the evaluation and reemployment of non-certified employees and employment of a District Nurse, District Instructional Coach, two (2) Primary Teachers, two (2) Elementary Teachers, two (2) Middle School Teachers, a High School Counselor, four (4) High School Teachers, a High School Secretary and a Middle School/High School ELL Teacher all for the 2023-24 school year. 25 O.S.
