CONSENT DOCKET:  All items listed are considered to be routine by the Marietta Board of Education and will be enacted by one motion.  There will be no separate vote on these items unless a Board Member so requests, in which event the item will be removed from consent status and considered in its normal sequence on the agenda.  

The consent agenda consists of the discussion, consideration and approval of the following items:

Written minutes of June 28th, 2021. 

General Fund encumbrances PO #'s 113 thru 156; Child Nutrition PO # 22; General Fund Payroll PO #'s 50013 thru 50124; and Child Nutrition Payroll PO #'s 50000 thru 50003.

Increase to General Fund PO #'s 2, 18, 22 and 84.

Extra Duty Salary Schedule for FY22.

Consider and take action on Administrator Salary Schedule for FY 22.  

Renewal of contract with Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education for secondary career and technology education programs for the 2021-22 school year.  

Superintendent as purchasing agent for Marietta Public Schools, Authorized Representative for all federal programs including E-Rate and Child Nutrition, and designated custodian for the general fund, building fund, child nutrition fund, bond fund, activity fund, all federal programs including E-Rate, all state programs and all other school programs and activities not listed for FY 22.  

Renewal of evacuation agreement with the Lake Country Nursing Center.  

Out-of-State Travel Request to attend National FFA Convention in Indianapolis, Indiana in October.

Consider and possible action on civil drawings for the high school/middle school combo building construction. 

Consider and take action on memorandum of understanding with Marietta Classroom Teachers Association to continue certified staff COVID leave for the 2021-22 school year.

Consider and take action on Superintendent's written recommendation to extend COVID leave for support employees for the 2021-22 school year.  

Consider and take action on Middle School/High School Student Handbook for the 2021-22 school year.  

Consider and take action on food service management proposal.
