Consider and take action on FY19 General Fund encumbrances PO #'s 467 thru 471, 473 thru 485 and 487 thru 490; Building Fund PO # 23; and Child Nutrition PO #'s 38 thru 41. 

Consider and take action on an increase to FY 19 General Fund PO #'s 5, 145, 431, 438 and 449; Building Fund PO #22; and Child Nutrition PO #20.

Consider and take action on reserving FY19 Funds.

Consider and take action on FY 20 General Fund encumbrances PO #'s 1 thru 119; Child Nutrition PO's #1 - 24; Payroll PO #'s 50,000 thru 50,105; Child Nutrition Payroll PO#'s 50,000 thru 50,007.

Consider and take action on adopting the following board policies:  CKDA Tobacco Use Prohibited; DHAB Staff-Student Communications; CN-R3 Bus Drivers and Use of Technology; EHAH - Sex Education; EHBF - Homebound Instruction; EHBF-R Homebound Instruction Regulations; DOAC-E1 - Record of Corrective Counseling Support Personnel; DOAC - E2 - Support Personnel Acknowledgement of Receipt of Policy. 

Consider and take action on revising the following board policies:  DHAC - Social Networking; DPB - Substitute Teachers; DBA - Paraprofessionals; and BDFD - Safe School/Heathly and Fit School Advisory Committee.

Consider and take action on Oklahoma School Assurance Group (OSAG) workers' compensation insurance proposal for 2019-20.  

Consider and take action on Oklahoma Schools Risk Management Trust (OSRMT) property and auto insurance proposal for FY20.

Consider and take action on contract with Mary Johnson & Associates for audit of FY19.  

Consider and take action on OSSBA Employment Services Program Comprehensive Employment Service Agreement and Power of Attorney for unemployment services.
