Call Meeting to Order

Consider and take action on written minutes of March 4th, 2019.  

Consider and take action on General Fund Encumbrances PO#'s 359 thru 382,  Building Fund PO # 15, and Child Nutrition Fund PO #'s 28 thru 32.  

Consider and take action on increases to General Fund PO #'s 37, 49, 209, 321, 339 and 358.

Superintendent's Report

Presentation by high school principal and discussion of the College Remediation Report and Drop Out Report for Marietta High School.  

Consider and take action on the annual Municipal Accounting Systems (MAS) contract for student information and accounting software.  

Vote to approve or disapprove Resolution for Schools and Libraries Universal Services (E-Rate) for 2019-20.  This resolution authorizes filing of the Form 471 application(s) for funding year 2019-20 and the payment of the applicant’s share upon approval of funding and receipt of services.

Consider and take action on resignations.

Proposed executive session to discuss evaluations, renewal and/or non-renewal of contracts for certified employees for the 2019-2020 school year and employment of a high school football coach/teacher, middle school counselor, high school English teacher, elementary teacher, primary secretary, primary teacher's aide and special education paraprofessional for the 2019-20 school year.  25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1).

Vote to return to open session.  

Executive session minutes compliance report.  

Consider and take action on Superintendent's written recommendation for re-employment of certified employees for the 2019-20 school year.
