Consider and take action on an increase to General Fund encumbrances PO #4, #899 and #3244, Payroll PO #50017, #50018, #50022, #50029 and #50037.

Superintendent's Report

Public hearing to allow tribal officials and parents of Native American children to discuss the school's Impact Aid program, to make recommendations concerning the needs of their children, the LEA's educational program and the degree of parental participation allowed.

Consider and take action on the FY 19 Estimate of Needs.

Consider and take action on the special education assurances and LEA agreement for FY 19.

Consider and take action on the following district policies: BE, BEA, BEC, BJAA, CFEA, DEE-E1, FFACA, FFG, FG, FLF, FMFE, FNG-R, and GK.

Consider and take action on two out of state trips for Marietta FFA.

Consider and take action to surplus a 6ft x16ft WW Stock trailer & a Millermatic 35 welder both from the ag department.
