Call Meeting to Order

Consider and take action on written minutes of the regular meeting of February 3rd, 2020 and the special meeting of February 13th, 2020.

Consider and take action on General Fund encumbrances PO #'s 409 thru 451; Building Fund PO #'s 11 and 12; and Child Nutrition PO # 40.

Consider and take action on an increase to General Fund PO #'s 11, 35, 37, 39, 55, 245, 307, 355, and 386; Building Fund PO # 1; and Child Nutrition PO #'s 7, 15, and 24.

Superintendent's Report

Presentation by and discussion with representatives of the Kerr 3 Architecture firm regarding upcoming bond projects.  

Presentation of progress by Jennie Davis, chair of the Continuous Strategic Improvement - School Experience and Community Engagement goal area.

Presentation by safety committee chair, Michael Oakley, regarding the progress in the area of safe & healthy schools.

Consider and take action on using surplus hours in response to the school closures of February 5th and February 6th, 2020 due to inclement weather.  

Consider and take action on resolution to adopt the Love County Hazard Mitigation Plan as this jurisdiction's Natural Hazard Mitigation Plan.

Consider and take action on contract with KERR 3 Architecture Firm.

Consider and take action on renewal of Municipal Accounting Systems (MAS) software service agreement for FY21.  

Consider and take action on renewal of OKTLE contract for the 2020-21 school year. 

Consider and take action on renewal of Resident Transfer Agreement with Love County Emergency Management Agency and Lake Country Nursing Center.

Consider and take action to adjunct Courtney Starsick Anderson as high school art teacher for two periods and Jacob Patterson as World History teacher for three periods for the 2019-20 school year.  

Consider and take action on resignations.

Proposed executive session to discuss the employment of a middle school custodian for the remainder of FY 20, a head high school football coach/teacher for the 2020-21 school year and a head cross country/track coach/teacher for the 2020-21 school year . 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(1)
