Discussion and possible action to approve the contract with Henson Construction as the Construction Manager at Risk for the construction of a new Practice Gym at Waller Middle School with a GMP, Guaranteed Maximum Price of $1,890,677 to be paid through the Building Fund and/or a Lease Purchase to be presented at the September 21, 2026 Board meeting.

IV.D. Discussion then possible action to approve the contract with United Turf and Track, Arcadia, OK for the installation of a new synthetic turf infield located at the Enid High School Track Practice Field for $727,295.

IV.E. Discussion and possible action to approve a Resolution authorizing the leasing of certain real property to the Garfield County Educational Facilities Authority, and authorizing the President, Clerk and Superintendent to execute any and all documents related the Ground Lease Agreement and the transaction.

IV.F. Discussion and possible action to approve a Resolution authorizing the acceptance of a Sublease Agreement whereby the Garfield County Educational Facilities Authority will sublease certain real property and improvements thereto to the district and authorizing and directing the President, Clerk and Superintendent to execute any and all documents related to the Sublease Agreement and the transaction.
