III.I. Eisenhower Update

III.J. Discussion and possible action to approve Enid Public Schools to participate in the Community Eligibility Provision, CEP, program through the United States Department of Agriculture, to provide free breakfast and lunch to all students enrolled in Enid Public Schools beginning August 2025 through May 2029 with the ability to reapply beyond 2029. This will end the need for families to complete the free and reduced lunch application immediately.

IV.E. Discussion then possible action to approve eliminating all credit card user fees for credit card transactions with Enid Public Schools. Currently, fees are only charged for online transactions.

Section 307(B)(1)], negotiations concerning employees and/or representatives of employee groups [pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(2)], and possible purchase or appraisal of real property [pursuant to 25 O.S. Section 307(B)(3)].

XIII. Discussion then possible action to approve the EPS Certified Negotiated Contract for 2025-2026.

XIV. Discussion then possible action to approve the EPS Support Negotiated Contract for 2025-2026.

XV. Discussion then possible action to approve Certified Employee One-Time Supplemental Pay for FY26 of $350 for returning EPS Certified Employees who completed the FY25 school year to be paid in August or September and Support Employee One-Time Supplemental Pay for FY26 of $250 for returning EPS Support Employees who completed the FY25 school year to be paid in August or September. Certified and Support Employees must remain employed with EPS through May 16, 2026. Stipends will be prorated on hours worked. For example, a 4-hour employee is only eligible for one half of the stipend.
