II. Discussion then possible action to approve hiring the Center for Education Law to advise the Enid Public Schools Board of Education during due process personnel hearings.

III. Due process hearing for Lynette Rice regarding her possible termination as an employee of Enid Public Schools.

III.A. The Board President shall convene the hearing, state the purpose of the hearing, introduce the parties, and administer an oath to all persons who will testify.

III.B. Hear an opening statement by attorney for the Superintendent.

III.C. Hear opening statement by Ms. Rice or her attorney.
|
III.D. Presentation of evidence by attorney for the Superintendent, subject to cross-examination by Ms. Rice or her attorney, and questions from the Board of Education.

III.E. Presentation of evidence by Ms. Rice or her attorney, subject to cross-examination by the attorney for the Superintendent, and questions from the Board of Education.

III.F. Presentation of rebuttal and surrebuttal evidence, as necessary.

III.G. Closing statement by Ms. Rice or her attorney.

III.H. Closing statement by attorney for the Superintendent.

III.I. Discussion then possible action to approve an Executive Session in Conference Room 123 to discuss and deliberate on the termination or not of Ms. Rice, pursuant to OKLA. STAT. tit. 25 § 307 (B) (1) and (7).

III.J. Acknowledge return to open session.

III.K. Executive session minute statement.

III.L. Discussion then possible action to adopt Findings of Fact.

III.M. Disccusion then possible action to terminate or not terminate Ms. Rice from her employment with the District.

IV. Discussion then possible action to approve an Executive Session in Conference Room 123 to discuss the resignation of Lynette Rice as authorized by OKLA. STAT. tit. 25, Section 307(B)(1) & (7) where disclosure of information would violate confidentiality requirements of state or federal law.

VII. Discussion then possible action to approve Settlement Agreement with Lynette Rice and accept her resignation or not approve the Settlement Agreement with Lynette Rice and not accept her resignation.
