3. ↵Board to consider and take possible action, in the absence of the President and/or Clerk, to appoint an acting President and/or acting Clerk for the School District to execute any and all documents pertaining to the bond sale.

4. Presentation of Superintendent’s recommendation for the dismissal of teacher Stephanie Stehl and vote to schedule a hearing on Superintendent’s recommendation and to direct that notice of said hearing be sent to Stephanie Stehl , together with a copy of the Superintendent’s recommendation.

5. Motion, discussion, and vote on motion to go into Executive Session for the purpose of discussing the employment of teacher Stephanie Stehl, pursuant to Okla. Stat. tit. 25, § 307(B)(1) & (7).

6. Vote to return to regular session.

8. Motion, discussion, and vote to approve a Resignation Agreement between teacher Stephanie Stehl and the District.
