Pursuant to temporary open meeting changes based upon SB661 in response to the COVID-19 Emergency, Board to consider and take possible action to ratify a resolution approved on April 24, 2020 accepting bids for the $3,450,000 Combined Purpose Building Bonds and awarding bonds to the lowest bidder.

Pursuant to temporary open meeting changes based upon SB661 in response to the COVID-19 Emergency, Board to consider and take action to ratify a resolution approved on April 24, 2020 providing for the issuance of combined purpose building bonds in the sum of $3,450,000 by this school district, authorized at an election called and held for such purpose; prescribing form of bonds; providing for registration thereof; designating registrar and paying agent for this issue of bonds

Pursuant to temporary open meeting changes based upon SB661 in response to the COVID-19 Emergency, Board to consider and take action to ratify a resolution approved on April 24, 2020 designating the general obligation bonds of 2020 as "Qualified Tax-Exempt Obligations" pursuant to Section 265(b)(3)(B) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
