1. Call to order and roll call.

2. Discuss, consider and act to approve or disapprove a Resolution authorizing the
calling and holding of a special election to be held in the Clinton School District
to authorize the issuance of general obligation bonds, and setting forth the
following items:
a. Setting a date for bond election (April 2, 2024)
b. Amount and purpose of bond election
c. Maturity limitation
d. Interest rate limitation
e. Setting polling places

3. Adjourn.
