3. Board consideration and vote to pay general fund encumbrances #297-368 (accounts payable) and #70007-70467 (payroll), child nutrition fund  #22-23 (accounts payable), #70002-70066 (payroll), and building fund  #2-3.

4. Board vote to accept financial reports (treasurer's reports, treasury summary, revenue receipts register, encumbrance ledgers, warrants issued) and activity fund reports for the month of July.
