1. Call to order and roll call.

2. Board discussion and vote to approve the minutes of the June 11, 2018 regular meeting and June 28, 2018 special meeting.

3. Board discussion and vote to approve FY 18-19 General Fund encumbrances #220-267 (accounts payable), Child Nutrition Fund 18-20 (accounts payable), Building Fund #1, and Bond Fund #1

4. Board discussion and vote to accept financial reports (treasurer's reports, treasury summary, revenue receipts register, encumbrance ledgers, warrants issued) and activity fund reports for the month of June.

5. Board discussion and vote to pay the July payroll according to contracts.

6. Superintendent's Report.

7. Board to consider and take action on a motion approving the renewal of the Sublease Agreement dated August 11, 2010 between the District and Clinton Public Works Authority for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019 as required under the provisions of the agreement.

8. Board discussion and possible vote to add policy DE-R1 to the Clinton Public School Board Policies.

9. Board discussion and possible vote to approve transportation contract with Western Technology Center.

10. Board discussion and possible vote to award milk and juice bids for 2018-2019 school year.

11. Board discussion and possible vote on approval of the Child Nutrition Procurement Plan for 2018-2019

12. Board discussion and possible vote to approve contract with Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education for secondary career and technology education program(s) for school year 2018-2019.

13. Board discussion and possible vote to approve a new activity account.

15. Board discussion and possible vote to approve activity fund accounts and fundraisers for 2018-2019 school year.
