1. Call to order and roll call
2. Board approval of the minutes of the April 8, 2019 regular meeting and the April 17, 2019 special meeting. 
3. Board consideration and vote to pay general fund encumbrances #804-852 (accounts payable) #70503 (payroll), and child nutrition #28-29 (accounts payable).
4. Board vote to accept financial reports (treasurer's reports, treasury summary, revenue receipts register, encumbrance ledgers, warrants issued) and activity fund reports for the month of April.
5. Board vote to pay the May payroll according to contracts.
6. Principal's Reports
7. Strategic Plan Report.
8. Superintendent's Report
9. Board discussion and possible vote to continue contract for drug and alcohol testing with Schoonmaker Drug & Alcohol Testing, LLC.
10. Board discussion and vote on the contract with OPSUCA (unemployment services provided by OSSBA) for the 2018-2019 school year.

12. Board discussion and possible vote to approve going into executive session pursuant to Title 25 Section 307(B)(1).
12.1. Continuing evaluation of the superintendent.
12.2. Discussion on hiring a certified teacher(s) on a temporary contract for the 2018-2019 school year.
12.3. Discussion on hiring summer school teachers for the 2018 summer session. (See Attachment B)
12.4. Discussion on hiring support personnel for the 2018 summer session. (See Attachment A)
12.5. Discussion on the re-employment of support personal Lupita Bermea, Melia Douglas, and Greta Cox.
13. Acknowledge the return from executive session and enter into open session with reading of the executive session statement.
