3. Board discussion and vote to pay FY 16-17 General Fund encumbrances #828-860(accounts payable) 70527-70550(payroll), Child Nutrition encumbrances #39-40(accounts payable).

4. Board discussion and vote to approve FY 17-18 General Fund encumbrances #1-205 (accounts payable), Child Nutrition Fund 1-18 (accounts payable) and Sinking Fund encumbrances #1-3.

5. Board discussion and vote to accept financial reports (treasurer's reports, treasury summary, revenue receipts register, encumbrance ledgers, warrants issued) and activity fund reports for the month of May.
