3. Board consideration and vote to approve a 307 supplemental to add money to the Child Nutrition Fund(22).

4. Board vote to pay General Fund encumbrances #724-756(accounts payable)70540-70547 (payroll), Building Fund encumbrances #27(accounts payable), Child Nutrition # 77-80(accounts payable)

5. Board vote to approve General Fund encumbrances for FY 13-14 #1-135 (accounts payable), Sinking Fund encumbrances #1-3 (accounts payable),

6. Board vote to accept financial reports (treasurer's reports, treasury summary, revenue receipts register, encumbrance ledgers, warrants issued) and activity fund reports for the month of April.

7. Board vote to pay the June payroll according to contracts.
