As required by Sec. 311, Title 25 of the Oklahoma Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Board of Education of Independent School District No.4, Tulsa County, Oklahoma, will hold a Special Meeting on Friday, December 3, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. at Bixby West Elementary/Intermediate Media Center, 14908 S. Harvard, Bixby, OK. The meeting will conclude at the Bixby Public Schools Home of the Spartans (HOTS) facility at 601 S. Riverview Dr, Bixby, OK. 

Call meeting to Order/Roll Call

Bixby Spartan Curriculum Board Showcase - Tour of facilities by Board of Education led by superintendent and staff. Sites will be visited in the order provided below. No action is required by the Board of Education.

• West Elementary/Intermediate: 14908 S. Harvard,Bixby, OK - Tour of proposed Spartan Nature Center and Maker Space Activity
• Middle School: 15400 S Mingo, Bixby, OK - Collaborative lessons presentation
• Central Intermediate: 9401 E 161st, Bixby, OK - Green Screen presentation, tour of new SPED classroom
• Central Elementary: 201 S Main, Bixby, OK - Visit Pre-K classrooms
• Home of the Spartans (HOTS) Athletic Meeting Room: 601 S. Riverview Dr., Bixby, OK
