15. RESOLUTIONS:

15.a. Resolution No. 2026-09: Requesting the Sarpy County Board of Commissioners cede zoning jurisdiction of that part of said Tax Lots 15 and 17, Section 26, along with Part of Tax Lot 1 in Section 25, within its zoning jurisdiction to the City of Bellevue and authorize the Mayor to sign.  (Planning Director)

16. CURRENT BUSINESS:

16.a. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Master Agreement Work Order #5 for the Bellevue Entertainment District, in an amount of -$3,800.00. (Public Works Director)

16.b. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order #2 with Vrana Civil for the Bellevue Entertainment District Phase I Infrastructure for Hidden Valley intersection work, in an amount not to exceed $259,385.84. (Public Work Director)

16.c. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign Change Order #3 with Vrana Civil for the Bellevue Entertainment District Phase I Infrastructure for storm sewer revision, in an amount not to exceed $50,181.50. (Public Work Director)

16.d. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Agreement with HDR for the American Heroes Park Floodplain Permit, in an amount not to exceed $35,900.00. (Public Works Director)

16.i. Approve and authorize the Mayor to sign the Proposal and Waiver with Omaha Public Power District to remove and relocate streetlights along Hidden Valley Drive for the Bellevue Entertainment District Project, in an amount not to exceed $28,679.00. (Public Works Director)
