3.l. Resolution Number 7800 executing the Sponsorship Agreement with First State Bank Nebraska for Hannibal Park.

Resolution Number 7801 executing the Agreement for Professional Services between the City and JEO Consulting Group, Inc., for review of the City’s Industrial Storm Water (ISW) Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) to ensure the existing ISW SWPPP covers all requirements of the current NPDES ISW General Permit and for SWPPP training.

3.n. Resolution Number 7802 executing the Agreement between the City and SewerAI for the provision of software designed for sewer and stormwater inspection data management.

4. PUBLIC HEARINGS/BIDS

4.a. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the application of B&R Stores, Inc., dba, Russ’s Market #48, 1815 Court Street, Beatrice, Nebraska, for a new application for a Class C liquor license.

4.b. Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the acquisition of real property from Benjamin Prebyl, legally described as follows:  Lot Eleven (11), Block 60, Beatrice Original, Beatrice, Gage County, Nebraska, commonly, known as 820 Market Street, Beatrice, Nebraska, Parcel ID No: 009827000.

5.a. Resolution Number 7803 executing the Contract for Donation of Real Estate and all necessary documents to acquire real estate from Benjamin Prebyl.
