Motion and vote to convene in executive session for the purpose of confidential communications between the Board of Education and its attorney concerning the claim demand letter received from a Michigan attorney regarding a possible dispute concerning a music supplies, the Board of Education having been advised by its attorney that disclosure will seriously impair the ability of the Board to process the possible claim and demand in the public interest. The Board and its attorney will discuss the claim and demand made against the School District on behalf of Luck’s Music Library. Executive Session Authority: Okla. Stat. tit. 25, §307(B)(4).

Stat. tit. 25, Section 307(B)(4)(Supp. 2011.) No other matters were discussed, no votes were taken.
