Action Topic-- Motion and vote to appoint an interim superintendent and to authorize and direct the interim superintendent to perform all the duties of superintendent,
Rationale:
including authorization to appoint on a temporary basis such personnel as may be necessary to operate the District, until further further action of the Board of Education or until the end of the 2013-2014 school year.
