Proposed executive session for the purpose of discussing confidential communications between the Board and its attorney concerning a pending investigation, claim, or action, to wit the Sandra Fields EEOC charge # 564 2013 00235 and the possible settlement of same, the Board’s attorney having advised the Board that disclosure of the communications would seriously impair the District’s ability to process the claim and or conduct the proceeding in the public interest, as authorized by title 25 O.S. Section 307 B 4.
