Rationale:  The Board can discuss, make motions, and vote upon any matter appearing on the agenda. Such motions and votes may be to adopt, reject, table, reaffirm, rescind, or take no action on any agenda item.

Rationale: 

1. the issuance of the bonds of said School District, to be issued in one or more series, in the sum of (I) Eleven Million Six Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($11,625,000) to provide funds for the purpose of acquiring or improving school sites, constructing, repairing,remodeling and equipping buildings, and acquiring school furniture, fixtures,and equipment, to include constructing eight (8) Early Childhood classrooms as an addition to Richard Kane Elementary, renovating and equipping Richard Kane Elementary along with other elementary schools throughout the District, constructing new athletic facilities including visitor restroom/concessions, new lighting, new sound system and new handrails at Custer Stadium, acquiring textbooks and other curriculum materials, acquiring technology equipment and software; and (II) One Million Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,050,000) to provide funds for the purpose of acquiring transportation equipment; and levying and collecting an annual tax in such District, in addition to all other taxes, upon all the taxable property in said District for the payment of the interest and principal of said bonds; and containing other provisions related thereto.
